Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
