About The Position

Shepherd’s Hollow Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic and motivated students to join our culinary team as Server Assistants for our restaurant and new banquet venue. This position is ideal for individuals age 18 and under looking for rewarding after-school and summer employment. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, hardworking attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our service team and delivering great customer experiences. Requirements

Friendly and Outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff.
Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.
A Team Player: Willing to collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or under.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, particularly during the school year and summer season.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in restaurant or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Delivering food and beverages promptly to customers in our restaurant and banquet hall.
Offering a warm welcome and directing guests in the restaurant and at the turn grille.
Restocking and maintaining supplies at the turn grille (e.g., sandwiches, trail mix, protein bars, etc.).
Assisting the service staff during special events and banquets to ensure smooth operations.
