Our Team Members receive: Pay Range $16.50 - $18.00 per hour PLUS average tips per hour of $3.70 - $4.75. 75% off mealsEarn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay Flexible scheduling Excellent position training and career development programs Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Health insurance (Hospital & Accident), and Life & Disability Insurance - initial waiting period for eligibility after 6 months Restaurant Prep Cook / Pastry Cook: Primary Responsibilities: A Prep Cook and/ or Pastry Cook is responsible for the efficient, daily preparation of a wide range of food products and pastries that are used in the preparation of menu items in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures. Expected Behaviors: 1. Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. High energy with ability to work in a high-volume environment on a consistent basis. 4.
