This role is for a leader who is present, accessible, and relentless about execution. The Operations Leader is the first call when issues arise, the stabilizing force in the operation, and the leader who ensures the restaurant runs at a high level of excellence. Leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Experience leading teams or supervisors (Restaurant experience not required - we will teach you the skills)

Open availability during peak business times (Fridays and Saturdays required)

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary leader responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations
Be the first point of contact for operational issues (staffing gaps, equipment issues, execution breakdowns)
Lead and support Directors, Managers, and shift leaders through presence and action
Ensure consistent execution across FOH and BOH
Steward labor, productivity, food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience
Identify operational issues and follow through until they are fully resolved
Model urgency, accountability, and care for people on every shift
Support the development of leaders through coaching and role modeling
