About The Position

ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: West Hollywood store Status: Full Time Compensation: $75,000.00-$80,000.00/yr Primary Responsibilities: Inspire an exceptional guest experience both directly and indirectly through staff leadership. Lead by example, setting service expectations by personally completing Front of House (FOH) tasks as needed. Oversee daily café operations under the guidance of Cafe Leadership Team and HQ business partners. Efficiently delegate tasks and responsibilities across Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams. Audit and manage storage to ensure compliance with Food & Safety regulations and maintain proper inventory levels. Continuously monitor and uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, food prep, and storage areas to comply with local and federal health regulations. Train and develop staff to meet Kith’s operational and service standards. Accurately forecast business trends to ensure proper preparedness for service. Collaborate with the Restaurant team to plan for recruiting and hiring staff as needed. Maintain open communication with the Restaurant Leadership Team, HQ business partners, including but not limited to HR, Marketing, Operations, Accounting/Payroll, Store Design, and Ownership. Assist in completing additional operational tasks related to standard F&B responsibilities. Oversee and support housekeeping duties such as dusting, sweeping, trash collection, and other essential cleanliness tasks. Accurately prepare and submit daily reports, including the tip sheet. Special Projects/Tasks: Assist in the preparation and execution of in-store and off-site F&B events. Availability: Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays. Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business’ needs require. Licenses/Certificates: Valid and current Food Handler License/Certificate from the Department of Health or ServSafe License/Certificate is required Include any required alcohol License/Certificate required by Federal or Local law. Experience: 1-2 years of Management experience within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry 2-3 years in a customer-facing role 1+ years supervising a tips/commission eligible staff Skills/Abilities: Comprehensive computer skills and experience with Google Suites Ability to perform business math and accounting Ability to lift and move 30lbs. Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Requirements

  • Valid and current Food Handler License/Certificate from the Department of Health or ServSafe License/Certificate is required
  • Include any required alcohol License/Certificate required by Federal or Local law.
