Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, health and safety regulations, and food service standards
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Additional hospitality management certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain a motivated and professional team
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to control costs
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business strategies
• Promote a positive work environment and team morale
