We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an outstanding guest experience. This role is responsible for the overall business performance of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, service excellence, and health and safety compliance. The Outlet Manager will also coordinate activities across related outlets such as Room Service, The Coffee Shop and the Bar, ensuring seamless operations and consistent standards. Restaurant management at Orléans Room combines strategic planning, hands-on shift leadership, and people-focused management. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, inspires teams, and is passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage.
