About The Position

Q39 is building its leadership teams at Overland Park & Lees Summit locations, seeking passionate individuals who bring energy, ownership, and genuine hospitality. The core mission for Q39 FOH Managers is to lead their team, own their shift, and ensure every guest leaves with a reason to come back, creating craveable, memorable dining experiences. Managers are expected to lead from the front, being present on the floor with their team and guests, not in the office. They must take quality personally, ensuring a high standard of experience. A key aspect of the role is developing people, finding satisfaction in helping others grow and making time for it. Managers are also expected to own their results, addressing issues and building on successes. Finally, they represent Q39 in their communication, treatment of their team, and welcoming of every guest.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience including supervisory responsibility over other managers
  • Experience managing a full bar program in a full-service environment
  • Ability to own P&L functions in partnership with the GM
  • Demonstrated ability to develop frontline managers and build leadership pipelines
  • Proficient with Micros
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient with proper hiring practices
