Experience with Micros is beneficial but not required. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dining area in a restaurant, overseeing the outlets staff, maintaining a high level of customer service, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with other departments, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
