The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations of the assigned dining outlet at Dellshire Resort, ensuring an exceptional dining experience through leadership, service quality, and team engagement. This position is responsible for supervising front-of-house operations, supporting culinary collaboration, and maintaining high standards in guest service, cleanliness, and financial performance. The Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role in upholding Dellshire Resort’s commitment to excellence, hospitality, and brand integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant or food & beverage leadership experience in a full-service or resort environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost controls, and labor planning.
  • Proficiency in POS systems (MICROS, Aloha, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • ServSafe or TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all front-of-house operations for the assigned restaurant, including service delivery, staffing, and guest relations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant team members to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with Dellshire Resort service standards, health and safety regulations, and sanitation policies.
  • Monitor guest feedback, resolve service concerns promptly, and ensure personalized attention to every guest.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Culinary and culinary team to deliver seamless service, menu execution, and presentation consistency.
  • Manage daily labor, scheduling, and payroll in accordance with forecasted business levels and budget goals.
  • Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and inventory control for beverages, supplies, and equipment.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of restaurant team members.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, reinforcing service priorities and resort-wide communications.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability within the restaurant.
  • Assist with development and execution of promotions, special events, and seasonal dining experiences.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment for guests and staff alike.
  • Support the Director of Operations with departmental reporting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
