Position Overview The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the Worcester location, ensuring service, operational, and financial goals are met or exceeded. This role requires a leader with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality and craft beer. The ideal candidate will recruit, train, and inspire a team that embodies B1C's mission and culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Food & Beverage general management experience, including opening new establishments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in POS systems, cost control, cash management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passion for craft beer and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the Worcester operation, including seasonal outdoor spaces and events.
  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring adherence to B1C's culture and standards.
  • Develop and execute training programs to onboard and continuously educate staff.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and foster a supportive, collaborative environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, from food and beverage service to private events.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage vendors, ordering, inventory, and POS systems (Toast expertise preferred).
  • Develop and execute budgets and business plans to achieve financial goals.
  • Analyze key metrics and report results to B1C leadership.
  • Identify and implement long-term strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Lead local marketing efforts, including social media, Google, Untappd, and more, in partnership with the Digital Marketing team.
