Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or Business Management is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of Panera Bread operations and menu offerings preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.
  • Develop staff schedules to meet the operational demands of the restaurant.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Analyze financial reports to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to uphold company standards.
