Via Sophia is looking for a Restaurant Manager to assist the Restaurant General Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant for the front of the house staff. Candidates should have flexibility to work AM, PM and weekends. Job Description The Restaurant Manager will assist in the directing all aspects of food and beverage related execution according to Via Sophia Restaurant standards. The individual is responsible for overseeing the operation of all food and beverage outlets of our full-service property. Planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling of operational outlet functions. He/she will be responsible to coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff to deliver highest quality product and service to all guests. Also responsible for training food and beverage outlet associates for an efficient operation. Responsible for organizing and conducting pre-shift meetings, schedules and directing the team in their work assignments.
