About The Position

The Restaurant Manager – Gallery Food and Libations at Anaheim Hills Golf Club is a hands-on leader responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations while supporting clubhouse restaurant service. This role is actively involved in event setup, service execution, and guest experience, ensuring tournaments, private events, and daily dining operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position functions as an on-the-floor manager, directly overseeing service teams and maintaining operational standards that drive guest satisfaction and restaurant performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, banquet, or hospitality management.
  • Strong experience executing private events, weddings, tournaments, or high-volume functions preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced, event-driven environments.
  • ServeSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-driven schedules.

  • Strong experience executing private events, weddings, tournaments, or high-volume functions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant and bar operations while maintaining service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
  • Drive restaurant revenue by improving guest experience, supporting promotions, and identifying opportunities to grow business.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with food and beverage cost control (COGS) to support profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu updates and seasonal offerings.
  • Partner with the bar team on beer, wine, and cocktail selections.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings, supervise service teams, and maintain a strong floor presence during service and events.
  • Address guest concerns in real time and ensure club hospitality standards are consistently met.
  • Promote safe work practices and compliance with health and alcohol service regulations.
