As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and maintain the high standards that our customers expect. We are looking for a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our high-volume gastro lounge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing upscale, high-traffic dining establishments and will be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, fostering a positive team environment, and driving business success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, ensuring high morale and productivity.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities.
  • Manage the restaurant’s budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses.
