Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is necessary. (Or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position)
• 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a fine or upscale dining facility or resort environment
• overall understanding of menu creation, food, beverage, and labor cost controls
• excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential
• proficient in all Microsoft office suite applications
• flexible work schedule is a must

Responsibilities

• managing overall food and beverage outlet operations with passion, integrity and knowledge while promoting culture and values of the Company
• hold daily meetings with staff members
• manage all employment aspects: interviewing and hiring; training; scheduling and coordinating work assignments; evaluating performance; coaching and disciplining staff; and coordinating exit process
• being highly involved in working hands-on in restaurant operations including directly assisting staff, monitoring guest service, safety, cleanliness standards, special events
