About The Position

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an accomplished and visionary Restaurant Manager to lead Mizumi Fine-Dining. This position will orchestrate seamless operational excellence while cultivating refined and remarkable Japanese dining experiences, driving the restaurant's continued prestige and success.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in fine-dining Food & Beverage operations within distinguished hospitality setting
  • Minimum of two (2) years of progressive management experience, preferably within a luxury resort or fine-dining establishment of exceptional caliber
  • Clear and concise English communication skills, both written and verbal, executed with professional sophistication
  • Exceptional leadership acumen with a refined ability to inspire, mentor, and cultivate high-performing hospitality professionals
  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive collaboratively within a sophisticated team environment while maintaining individual excellence
  • Commitment to obtaining and maintaining all required licensing, certifications, and credentials as mandated for this distinguished position
  • Minimum age requirement of twenty-one years or older
  • Flexibility and availability to accommodate varied service schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
  • Proven ability to maintain composure and deliver exceptional performance in high-pressure, multifaceted operational environment

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate all restaurant operations with meticulous attention to efficiency and profitability, maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations, upholding our commitment to excellence
  • Develop and implement curated initiatives to elevate and distinguish the guest experience, creating memorable moments of refinement
  • Oversee inventory management and cost optimization to achieve financial objectives while preserving the premium quality of Mizumi's offerings
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop and refine menu offerings that reflect Wynn's distinguished culinary vision
  • Address guest concerns with grace, professionalism, and discretion, transforming every interaction into an opportunity to exceed expectations
  • Establish and maintain company policies and procedures that reflect Wynn's commitment to excellence and sophistication
  • Conduct pre-service briefings to ensure all team members are aligned with Wynn's distinguished service standards and operational priorities
  • Lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, including recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development to foster a culture of excellence
  • Train and cultivate team members to embody the Wynn's renowned service standards, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury hospitality
  • Manage employee relations and human resources initiatives with sophistication, maintaining full understanding of collective bargaining agreement provisions
