Essential Duties: Lead the front-of-house, including managing, scheduling work shifts, and ensuring guest satisfaction and assisting in smooth operation of Restaurant/Lounge. Scheduling shifts, and providing training and coaching opportunities for staff. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and late hours when necessary. Specific Requirements of the Role: Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. Manage inventory and purchases food and supplies. Conduct daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. Maintain sales records and prepare operations reports. Hire and train staff members. Organize employee schedules. Perform other duties as assigned.
