About The Position

We are seeking an Hourly Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring a top-tier guest experience. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader passionate about hospitality but seeking a flexible part-time schedule. Key Responsibilities: Lead the FOH team during shifts, ensuring smooth service and a outstanding guest experience. Promote RHG’s service standards, upholding hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency. Guide and develop team members, ensuring execution of proper procedures for seating, serving, and guest interactions. Be the go-to leader for problem-solving, guest concerns, and on-the-fly decision-making. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Drive opening and/or closing duties, including side work and end-of-shift reports, setting the team up for success. Foster a collaborative, respectful work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant setting or 3+ years as a shift lead.
  • Be a high-performing leader with an insatiable desire for growth, self-development, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong presence on the floor—hands-on leadership with a positive attitude and high energy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Active role requiring movement, bending, lifting, and engaging with team and guests.
