Must have a desire to uphold restaurant policies and have the communications skills necessary to carry-out coaching and disciplinary conversations. Able and willing to manage and create systems in the restaurant and lead by example with safety rules & clean work areas. Restaurant leaders on our team should be effective at high-level business meetings as well as ground-level service with guests and team.
