Responsibilities

Participating in cross-functional rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of life insurance operations and departmental processes
Developing proficiency in operational procedures by supporting real tasks and workflows within multiple departments
Learning through hands-on experience, LOMA courses, and coaching from department leaders
Providing interim support to operational teams based on business needs
Learning and becoming proficient in the company’s operating systems from a user perspective
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives as experience is gained
Presenting analyses, insights, and improvement proposals to senior leaders at the conclusion of rotations or projects
Leading, coordinating, and participating in special projects as needed
Conducting company business ethically and in full compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal compliance standards
