Responsibilities

  • Participating in cross-functional rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of life insurance operations and departmental processes
  • Developing proficiency in operational procedures by supporting real tasks and workflows within multiple departments
  • Learning through hands-on experience, LOMA courses, and coaching from department leaders
  • Providing interim support to operational teams based on business needs
  • Learning and becoming proficient in the company’s operating systems from a user perspective
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives as experience is gained
  • Presenting analyses, insights, and improvement proposals to senior leaders at the conclusion of rotations or projects
  • Leading, coordinating, and participating in special projects as needed
  • Conducting company business ethically and in full compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal compliance standards
