About The Position

We are growing! The business is expanding within the store as well as new growth opportunities including, catering, food trailer, and expanded hours of operation. We are recruiting at all levels of leadership including seasoned executive leaders, mid-level leaders, and junior leaders. Positions include Catering Director, Marketing Director, Kitchen Director, Hospitality Director, Service Director, General Manager, Operations Leader, Assistant Director, Shift Leader, and Team Leader. Requirements

Prior leadership experience in a fast paced food service environment (Quick Service, Fast Food, or high volume dining) is a requirement for consideration.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Required)
High standards in the area of operational excellence, quality, and customer service (Required)
Exhibits a natural ability and desire to coach, mentor and develop others and themselves (Required)
Positive attitude (Required)
Ability to keep composure under high pressure and make decisions quickly
