About The Position

Job Summary Run the restaurant operations to the effect of the General Manager. Execute leading the team in FOH and BOH. Maintain and audit all processes in the restaurant. Discipline and coach team members accordingly. Attend and participate in meeting with the General Manger and the Senior Staff (including the owner). General Day to Day Responsibilities 90% of the job is on the floor leading a team and addressing team members and guests. The remaining 10% of the job is spent supporting the General Manger in a key success factor of the business (Customer Experience, Talent, Sales & Brand Growth, and/or Financial Stewardship). Running Shifts includes, but is not limited to, handling guest concerns, working one or several different positions on the floor, running breaks, coaching team members. Ideal Candidate Experience Requirements 6 months of Assistant Manger experience in our organization or 1 year or leadership experience at another restaurant.
