Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist or reservations efficiently
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
  • Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently at the cashier station
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and cashier area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
