The Host is responsible for preparing all guest-facing spaces to meet cleanliness and ambiance standards, executing detailed service setup—including floral bouquets, linens, and guest amenities—organizing takeaway items and seasonal displays, greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism, relaying key guest information to Captains, assisting with mignardises and coffee service, guiding guests out with takeaway gifts, and maintaining the pristine condition of the concierge, showroom, and lobby while supporting team flow between seatings.
