Requirements

18+ years old
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Friendly, outgoing, and welcoming demeanor
Ability to smile and treat guests professionally
Must have the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcoming guests and seating them evenly throughout the servers' sections
Accurately managing our reservations and waiting list
Addressing guests' questions, answering phone calls, and informing guests about wait times
Keeping our entrance neat and organized
Assisting your hospitality team with other duties as needed
