About The Position
Join Our Team as a Host! At Hampshire Hills, we’re more than a health and fitness facility, we’re a community. Our restaurant is an extension of that experience, where members and guests come to relax, connect, and feel at home. We’re looking for a friendly, upbeat Host to be the first welcoming face our guests see.
Requirements
- A naturally friendly, guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Typical shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Availability includes weekdays and Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a warm, genuine welcome
- Manage reservations and seating flow to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Create a positive, inviting atmosphere that reflects our community-focused culture
- Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient service
