Why This Role Matters We are seeking an engaging Restaurant Host that serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in shaping the overall dining experience. This position ensures smooth seating flow, supports service operations and creates a warm, organized and welcoming environment from the moment guests arrive.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage seating flow throughout service
- Assign tables to support server rotation and service efficiency
- Communicate guest needs and table status with service staff
- Support dining operations during peak service periods
- Provide friendly, professional and attentive guest interaction
