As a Restaurant Host - Hostess, you will typically work evening shifts from Tuesday through Saturday , with occasional day shifts as needed. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and you will need to be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our members and guests. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As a full- or part-time Restaurant Host - Hostess, you will make a difference as the first and last point of contact for members and their guests, welcoming everyone with a warm, personalized greeting. You will efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements using our reservation system, coordinate closely with management, servers, and kitchen staff, and keep the dining room operations running smoothly. You will address members by name whenever possible, escort them to their tables, provide menus, and communicate estimated wait times clearly. You will answer phone calls professionally, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area, and uphold the club's standards and policies. Nice To Haves

Hosting, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
Experience in private club, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environments is also a plus!
