Monitor the performance of assistant staff, providing feedback to improve. Coordinate with assistant staff to ensure workflow and efficient operation of the host station and overall restaurant service. Address any conflicts or issues, promoting a positive and cohesive team environment. Ensure that assistant staff adhere to the standard of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
