In this role, you will be the face of Jaguar Bolera, ensuring each guest receives outstanding service from the moment they walk through our doors until the moment they leave. You will assist with Guiding Guests throughout the restaurant with service, with our state-of-the-art tap beverage wall, and with all games and activities. Requirements

  • Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Participate in NC ABC training.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Interested in a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Confident with technology and point of sales systems.
  • Willing to learn and grow in the role.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Beverage Draft Systems or Gaming experiences are a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Assisting guests with questions, suggestions, and general information about the brand.
  • Providing information about our menu, games, and offerings.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Handling transactions accurately and responsibly and efficiently uses the point-of-sale system.
  • Resolving guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere.
  • Work each shift with a safety mindset.
  • Be proactive in regards front of the house and back of the house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or Guests)
