About The Position

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader to take charge of one of our franchise-owned McDonald's restaurants. As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction. You'll lead with confidence, build a loyal crew, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Our franchise operates 21 McDonald's locations across Colorado, and candidates must be willing to relocate within the state if business needs require.

Requirements

2-5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience (McDonald's or similar preferred)
Proven leadership skills with a strong, confident presence
Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
Strong financial and analytical skills
Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or hospitality is a plus
Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed
