About The Position

General Managers are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant. They are accountable for all aspects of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, safety and sanitation, labor, costs, production, maintenance, and ensuring all administrative and accounting responsibilities are completed according to company policy. Restaurant Managers share their vision and lead the team, directing the activities of team members and providing consistent training, coaching, and development. Successful candidates are true "people" champions, have a passion for fresh, quality, food, and a dedication to providing the highest level of guest service.

Requirements

  • at least one year of recent, restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or quick service concept
  • 21 years of age
  • reliable transportation
  • current, valid driver license
  • able to work a flexible schedule
  • pass a thorough criminal background and motor vehicle check
  • minimum commitment of 50 hours a week
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • stand and/or walk for an entire shift
