Requirements

Minimum 3 years as a Quick-Service Restaurant GM required. Shake Shack GM level experience highly desirable.
Strong financial and operational skills
Ability to manage high-volume, multi-priority environments
Experience leading diverse teams
A mindset geared toward service, coaching, and accountability
Comfortable using POS systems, MS Office, and operational tools
