Requirements
- Previous experience in managing service for Michelin starred or fine dining restaurant(s)
- Exceptional food and wine knowledge
- Passion for service and hospitality
- Commitment to Excellence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationship with the staff, guests, and leadership.
