About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at one of our premier F&B outlets. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the highest standards in service, food and beverage quality, and overall ambiance. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in upscale hospitality, proven leadership skills, and sharp business acumen, along with a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role within an upscale restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue.
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverage and mixology trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Proven expertise in P&L management, budgeting, labor management and cost control strategies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside team members during service.
  • Commitment to upholding company standards, policies and brand expectations.
  • Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless and efficient service.
  • Uphold exceptional standards in food, beverage and service quality.
  • Maintain a refined, upscale atmosphere with a high-touch guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Curate VIP and special guest experiences to elevate service standards.
  • Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing Front & Heart of the House team.
  • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability and service excellence.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll and labor costs effectively.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative promotions, events and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering and cost controls to ensure profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports, budgets and sales trends to optimize performance.
  • Partner with the Director of F&B on pricing strategies, forecasting and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand awareness.
  • Oversee planning and execution of events, private functions and seasonal activations.
  • Support social media and brand engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and liquor regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization and overall presentation of the venue.
  • Ensure the space reflects a stylish and inviting environment.
