About The Position

We are looking for a high -capacity Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chick -fil -A. This is a hands -on operational leadership role designed for experienced leaders who want ownership for results in a fast -paced, high -volume environment. You will be entrusted to lead leaders, drive operational excellence, and directly impact team culture and guest experience. You will work alongside an Owner/Operator while receiving world -class support and development from one of the strongest brands in the nation.

Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience in a high -pressure, fast -paced environment
Direct experience leading through others (team leads, shift supervisors, etc.)
Full -time open availability, including Fridays and Saturdays
Strong communicator able to handle conflict and coach for performance
Passion for Chick -fil -A’s values and delivering excellence

Nice To Haves

Previous Chick -fil -A Leadership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Leading multiple shift leaders and coaching a team of 80–100+ to deliver remarkable results
Owning operational excellence across all dayparts, ensuring speed, accuracy, and hospitality
Increasing profitability through strong labor stewardship, waste reduction, and throughput improvement
Creating a culture of accountability through clear expectations, feedback, and consistent follow -up
Maintaining a work environment that actively ensures food safety, team safety, and restaurant cleanliness
Partnering with fellow leaders to align on business priorities, track results, and continuously improve performance
