Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Restaurant General Manager is the strategic and operational leader of Citrus Shack. This role oversees all front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and upholding service and brand standards. The General Manager will lead and develop the team, working closely with culinary leadership to ensure high-quality execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They will foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and genuine hospitality. Through strong leadership and operational discipline, the General Manager will play a key role in shaping the experience at the heart of the hotel and driving the success of The Sunny’s poolside and beach food and beverage program.
