As the General Manager, you’ll build something extraordinary. You will lead with purpose, create high-performance teams, and ensure every guest leaves with a story worth telling. Hire, train, and lead a passionate, detail-obsessed front-of-house team for opening and beyond Create an elevated guest experience with a sense of theatricality and ease - from bold service moments to seamless execution Partner with culinary and beverage leaders to keep operations flowing and the brand experience strong Set high standards for excellence, consistency, and hospitality - and hold the team accountable to them Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships with confidence Make service personal - be visible, engaged, and proactive with guests and your team Lead with a calm, confident presence in a fast-paced, high-energy rooftop environment Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

Requirements

  • Progressive hospitality leadership experience, with upscale dining or nightlife experience
  • Strong track record in environments known for immersive design, theatrical drink programs, or high-level hospitality execution.
  • Creative collaborator, comfortable working with design-forward concepts and craft beverage programs.
  • Financial savvy and operational leadership: budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills - you bring people together and raise the bar
  • Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and clear with expectations
  • A genuine love for hospitality and building something special
