About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and guide our team to success. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, strong leader with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing a high-volume, high-performing restaurant.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience (GM experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational metrics
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including scratch-made kitchen production, staffing, inventory, scheduling, and service standards
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to maintain a positive and high-performing work environment
  • Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, labor costs, food costs, and profitability
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Implement and monitor operational processes, systems, and company policies
  • Drive sales growth and create a welcoming, memorable dining experience
