Baltimore Country Club is seeking a Full-time Restaurant Chef to oversee and elevate the operations of our a la carte kitchens. This leadership role is responsible for menu development, food quality, consistency, and the overall culinary experience delivered to our Members and Guests. The Restaurant Chef will manage daily kitchen operations while training, mentoring, and directing the culinary team to ensure all food is prepared, expedited, and executed to the highest standards.
