About the Role Restaurant Captain (Assistant Managers) plays a key leadership role, supporting the General Manager in daily operations while ensuring our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are upheld, the team is well-trained, and guests receive exceptional service. Restaurant Captains lead by example, energize the team, and ensure the restaurant consistently meets or exceeds operational standards.
