About The Position

The Busser ensures Q39 guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked front-of-house. This role supports servers by clearing tables, resetting stations, replenishing supplies, and adhering to cleanliness and safety protocols. the Busser plays a critical role in delivering fast and efficient table turnover and reinforcing Q39's high standards of service.

Requirements

Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
Ability to lift, carry, and transport dishes and equipment
Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Positive team player who communicates effectively

Responsibilities

Clear and sanitize tables and chairs promptly after guest departure.
Reset tables with proper silverware, set ups and neatly align chairs.
Support bartenders by monitoring and assisting with clearing when needed.
Support servers by communicating guest needs and relaying messages.
Ensure cleanliness of restaurant floors and public area by regularly sweeping and promptly addressing spills
Use gloves and approved and sanitizing solutions according to health and safety guidelines
Perform assigned side work and prepare station for shift changes
Conduct hourly restroom checks and maintain cleanliness standards
Maintain a clean and welcoming exterior by removing trash, debris, and cigarette butts from the parking lot and surrounding entryways.
Collaborate with the FOH team to create a seamless and excellent guest experience.
