As a Restaurant Busser , you are the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the island running smoothly. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized dining room while supporting servers and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, relaxing experience — because in Margaritaville, worries wash away with the tide.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout shift

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus — but a great attitude and willingness to learn go even further!

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, restrooms, and service stations
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed
• Support servers and bartenders with side work and guest needs
• Stock and replenish service areas with utensils, napkins, glassware, and condiments
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Create a welcoming island vibe through positive energy and teamwork
