Requirements

A positive attitude and strong team spirit
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout shift

Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Previous restaurant experience is a plus — but a great attitude and willingness to learn go even further!

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, restrooms, and service stations
Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed
Support servers and bartenders with side work and guest needs
Stock and replenish service areas with utensils, napkins, glassware, and condiments
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
Create a welcoming island vibe through positive energy and teamwork
