The Busperson role involves stocking and maintaining supplies, inspecting and preparing service ware, clearing soiled items from tables to the dish wash area, cleaning and pre-setting tables, greeting guests, assisting servers with water and beverage delivery, removing unneeded place settings, carrying food trays, and potentially assisting with meal presentation during busy periods. The position also requires maintaining cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the dining room and service areas, and assisting with post-meal cleanup and side work duties.
