Costa Vida is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to be an influential leader within the restaurant industry and make a positive impact on the lives of team members, guests, and the community you serve. Some of the high-impact opportunities you'll have in this role include: Achieve goals and unlock bonus potential through financial planning, P&L management, and strategic budgeting. Build relationships with support center staff who are available to help you succeed. Boost productivity through effective scheduling and labor planning. Increase sales through local networking and marketing plans. Provide training and guidance to team members to improve store operations. Optimize profitability through careful monitoring and organizing of food inventory. Grow the team through thoughtful recruiting and onboarding. Create a positive and energetic environment for team members and the guest dining experience. Ensure team members have clear and effective training plans with opportunities for advancement. Champion team members' respect and take the lead on upholding brand standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of previous restaurant management experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license accompanied by a safe driving record and proof of insurance.
  • Accessible 24 hours/day, 7 days a week to assist with any of the restaurant's needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and confident in using computers to review and update employee data.

  • Spanish speaking is a plus!
