This position assists the Restaurant Manager (RM) with daily operations of the restaurant and supervises the team in their absence. The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain the Company and Brand operational standards, ensuring all guests leave satisfied. The role involves providing excellent guest service, conducting interviews, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, assigning and following up on shift duties, directing the team to ensure food preparation and service meet regulations, coaching team members on food guidelines, cascading information, assisting with new product training, placing campaign materials, ensuring product quality and food safety, monitoring cash, sales, and inventory records, completing end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork, and performing administrative duties in the RM's absence. The RAM is also responsible for guaranteeing a safe environment, completing incident reports, partnering with the RM to meet financial and operational metrics, and living the Company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, Play to Win.
