This position assists the Restaurant Manager (RM) with daily operations of the restaurant and supervises the team in their absence. The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain the Company and Brand operational standards ensuring all guests leave satisfied. The role involves providing excellent guest service, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, assigning and following up on shift duties, ensuring food preparation and service meet regulations, coaching team members, assisting with new product training, placing campaign materials, ensuring product quality and food safety, monitoring cash, sales, and inventory records, completing administrative duties in the RM's absence, guaranteeing a safe environment, completing incident reports, and partnering with the RM to achieve financial and operational metrics.
