About The Position

The Restaurant Assistant Manager at Bella Vista Country Club will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. This position is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in inventory management, staff training, and implementing promotional activities to enhance guest experiences. A key focus will be on fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ultimately, the goal is to contribute to the overall success and profitability of the restaurant while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The required skills for this position include strong leadership abilities, which will be utilized in training and managing staff to ensure a cohesive team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with both guests and team members, facilitating a positive dining experience.
  • Organizational skills will be critical in managing inventory and ensuring that the restaurant runs efficiently.
